Lead2Meetings
Process

Six weeks from kickoff to a calendar with meetings on it.

Sending before warmup is done is the most common reason outbound fails, so we don't skip steps or rush them.

Define the ICP

Week 1

We agree on who is worth a meeting: titles, company size, industry, region, and the trigger that makes now the right time to reach them.

Build the infrastructure

Week 1

Domains bought, mailboxes created, DNS records set, redirects in place, tracking configured.

Warm the mailboxes

Weeks 2–3

Automated warmup runs while we source and validate the list and write the sequences. No cold email goes out during this window.

Launch email and LinkedIn

Week 4

Sequences go live at a low daily volume per mailbox and scale up as inbox placement holds.

Handle replies, book meetings

Weeks 4–6

Interested replies get answered and turned into calendar invites. Objections and referrals get followed up on instead of dropped.

Report and iterate

Ongoing

You get weekly numbers on deliverability, replies, and meetings. We adjust the angle, the list, or the targeting based on what actually got responses.

Fit

When we'll tell you not to bother.

Cold email isn't right for every business, and taking on a campaign that can't work helps nobody. Three situations where we'll say so on the first call:

  • Small deal sizes. Below roughly $3,000 average deal value, the cost of running outreach properly rarely pays back.
  • A very small market. If your total addressable market is a few hundred accounts, cold email burns through it faster than it converts. Those accounts deserve a slower, more personal approach.
  • No capacity to reply. If interested prospects wait days for a response, every rupee spent upstream is wasted. Someone needs to be able to answer within a business day.

Tell us who you want in the room.

Fill in the form and we'll come back within one business day with a straight answer on whether this is worth building for you. No deck, no pressure.
