Deliverability is the product.

Most outbound campaigns don't fail because the copy was weak. They fail because the email never reached the inbox. Authentication gaps, a domain with no history, a list that was never validated, volume ramped too fast — the message could be perfect and still land in spam.

That's why the infrastructure work comes first here and why warmup isn't negotiable. It's the least glamorous part of outbound and the part that decides whether any of the rest matters.
