The things people ask before signing.
How long before the first meetings are booked?
Infrastructure setup takes about a week, then domains warm for two to three weeks before any campaign sends. First replies usually land in week four, and first booked meetings between weeks four and six. Anyone promising meetings in week one is sending from unwarmed inboxes.
Do you send from my company domain?
No. We buy lookalike domains that redirect to your main site and send only from those, so your primary domain reputation is never exposed to cold volume.
Can I buy the data on its own?
Yes. Order a validated contact list built to your ICP and take it to your own sending stack, with no ongoing commitment. Same with infrastructure: we can set it up and hand over the credentials.
What bounce rate should I expect?
Every list is multi-pass validated before send and we target a bounce rate under 2 percent. Anything higher and we pause sending to re-verify rather than push volume through a list that's damaging the domain.
Do you handle LinkedIn outreach as well as email?
Yes. Connection requests and follow-up messages run alongside the email sequence on the same contact list, so a prospect who ignores one channel still sees the other.
How is pricing structured?
Data is priced per validated contact. Infrastructure is a one-time setup fee per sending stack. The full booked-meetings service is a monthly retainer covering infrastructure, data refresh, copy, sending, and reply handling. We scope it on the call once we know your ICP and volume.
Is cold email legal?
B2B cold email is lawful in most major markets when done properly: accurate sender identity, a truthful subject line, a working unsubscribe, and prompt opt-out handling, per CAN-SPAM in the US and PECR/GDPR legitimate-interest rules in the UK and EU. We build every campaign to those standards and maintain a permanent suppression list.
Who owns the sending domains if we stop working together?
You do. We register them in your name and hand over the credentials at the end of an engagement, so the sender reputation you paid weeks to build leaves with you. Some agencies keep the domains, which means changing providers puts you back to a cold start with zero warmup. Ask any agency you're comparing us to.
Do you lock clients into long contracts?
No. The infrastructure build is a one-time fee and the managed service runs month to month. Six-month lock-ins are common in this industry and they exist to protect the agency, not you. If the campaign isn't working, a contract shouldn't be what keeps you.
What happens if deliverability drops mid-campaign?
We pause the affected domain, move sending to warmed backup inboxes, and put the damaged domain into recovery warmup. This is a normal part of running outbound at volume, not an emergency, which is why backups are warmed in advance rather than built when something breaks.
Do you report open rates?
No, and that's deliberate. Open tracking needs an invisible pixel in every email, and those pixels actively hurt inbox placement. We report replies, positive replies, and meetings booked, which are the numbers that connect to revenue. An agency bragging about open rates is paying for that statistic with your deliverability.
When is cold email the wrong choice for a business?
Three cases. If your average deal is under about $3,000, the maths rarely covers the cost of running outreach properly. If your total addressable market is only a few hundred accounts, cold email burns through it too fast to be worth it. And if nobody can reply to interested prospects within a business day, everything upstream gets wasted. We'll tell you on the call if we think you're in one of these situations.
Which industries and regions do you work in?
All B2B industries: manufacturing, logistics, financial services, healthcare, SaaS, professional services, staffing, and more. We work with sellers targeting decision makers in the US, UK, Middle East, Singapore, Australia, and India. If your buyer has an inbox and a LinkedIn profile, the model works.
